Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of recent, progressive experience in HRIS-related fields.
  • Workday Pro HCM core certification.
  • At least 3 years of direct Workday configuration and administration experience.
  • Experience leading Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Benefits, Integrations, and/or Advanced Reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in leading system implementations, roadmap design, and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data governance.
  • Excellent analytical skills to design, troubleshoot, and optimize reports and dashboards.
  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support day-to-day operations of Workday while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain the Workday roadmap based on business needs and system capabilities.
  • Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday updates and enhancements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support Talent Team and organizational initiatives, audits, and compliance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HRIS inquiries, troubleshooting issues and liaising with vendors.
  • Develop and provide training and documentation for HR staff and system users.
  • Manage HR inquiries through the Jira Ticketing system.
