Requirements
- 10+ years in Talent Management, Performance, or Organizational Development roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in a global, matrixed organization.
- Proven experience designing and executing enterprise-wide performance programs.
- Strategic thinker capable of system reimagination and flawless execution.
- Executive presence with ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leaders across functions and geographies.
- Change-savvy, data-literate, and able to leverage analytics to drive outcomes.
- Deep commitment to equity, transparency, and employee growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously evolve Game Changers, SIE’s enterprise-wide performance program, with a focus on clarity, fairness, and impact across 10,000+ global employees.
- Design and implement performance frameworks that enable meaningful differentiation, clear goal alignment, and values-driven development feedback.
- Oversee the adoption and optimization of BetterWorks for all performance, feedback, calibration, and talent review processes.
- Integrate performance with talent management processes such as promotions, succession planning, 9-box talent reviews, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Collaborate with L&D, Rewards, HRBPs, and business leaders to build scalable performance enablement resources.
- Apply behavioral science and data insights to increase performance transparency, employee engagement, and leadership capability.
- Monitor and report performance health metrics, calibration patterns, and adoption KPIs to stakeholders including the CHRO and executive team.
