Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagships companies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions
- Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and drive product adoption
- Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews
- Execute initiatives to engage existing customers
- Manage cross-selling and upselling to meet customer needs
- Renegotiate contracts to guarantee value and sustainable profitability
- Participate in the evolution of products and services as the voice of the customer
- Support new customer acquisition by promoting the Key Account Management program
