Responsibilities

  • Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagships companies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and drive product adoption
  • Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews
  • Execute initiatives to engage existing customers
  • Manage cross-selling and upselling to meet customer needs
  • Renegotiate contracts to guarantee value and sustainable profitability
  • Participate in the evolution of products and services as the voice of the customer
  • Support new customer acquisition by promoting the Key Account Management program
