- Train and onboard admins on Alan's product, workflows, and best practices.
- Own end-to-end admin support for a portfolio of key accounts, including handling requests and investigating issues.
- Manage complex or sensitive conversations with admins regarding payroll, invoicing, and billing.
- Anticipate risks and prevent blockers for key accounts.
- Design and scale operational guidelines, processes, and playbooks.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Key Account Managers and Product Specialists to surface improvements.
