Requirements
- Significant senior account management experience in a scaling environment.
- Proven commercial experience in the wine trade (auction, marketplace, négociant, importer, or high-end retail).
- Fluent in French and English (native or near-native level).
- Strong proficiency in financial KPIs and commercial performance drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage resources based on growth potential and risk.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for seller meetings or wine fairs.
- Spanish or German language skills are a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term account strategies for a portfolio of high-value wine sellers.
- Manage and improve key performance indicators including GMV, sell rates, hammer price, and bidding activity.
- Analyze seller-level auction data to forecast growth and intervene with corrective strategies.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and regular business reviews with key partners.
- Collaborate with Category Managers, Experts, and Business Developers to drive category growth.
- Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform category-wide strategy.
