Requirements

  • Experience managing a portfolio of client relationships focused on growth, renewal, and expansion.
  • Proven track record of identifying and progressing commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to maintain a data-informed approach to risk assessment and opportunity identification.
  • Strong commercial conversational skills regarding value, performance, and contract terms.
  • Excellent prioritization skills to manage large account lists effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM data and disciplined activity tracking.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for client and internal interactions.
  • Bias towards action and ownership in a fast-moving, lightly structured environment.
  • Experience within retail, e-commerce, affiliate, or marketing landscapes is a plus.
  • Ability to work within 10am-4pm UK core hours.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize time across a broad portfolio based on value, risk, and opportunity.
  • Build account plans that connect client goals to practical revenue opportunities.
  • Run structured, commercially-focused Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Identify and progress expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track account activity.
  • Manage renewals and proactively identify churn risks.
  • Drive client adoption by providing actionable campaign recommendations.
  • Gather and share client insights to help shape internal product and marketing strategies.
