Requirements
- Experience managing a portfolio of client relationships focused on growth, renewal, and expansion.
- Proven track record of identifying and progressing commercial opportunities.
- Ability to maintain a data-informed approach to risk assessment and opportunity identification.
- Strong commercial conversational skills regarding value, performance, and contract terms.
- Excellent prioritization skills to manage large account lists effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM data and disciplined activity tracking.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for client and internal interactions.
- Bias towards action and ownership in a fast-moving, lightly structured environment.
- Experience within retail, e-commerce, affiliate, or marketing landscapes is a plus.
- Ability to work within 10am-4pm UK core hours.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize time across a broad portfolio based on value, risk, and opportunity.
- Build account plans that connect client goals to practical revenue opportunities.
- Run structured, commercially-focused Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Identify and progress expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track account activity.
- Manage renewals and proactively identify churn risks.
- Drive client adoption by providing actionable campaign recommendations.
- Gather and share client insights to help shape internal product and marketing strategies.
