Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise customers in North America or the EU.
  • Experience leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs) for senior leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of retention and growth.
  • Technical aptitude to understand product capabilities and integrations.
  • Highly proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute success plans aligned to customer business objectives.
  • Drive product adoption and demonstrate measurable value realization.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments to align business and technical teams.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs) and present strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor customer health to proactively identify risks and execute mitigation plans.
  • Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to Product and Sales teams.
