Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise customers in North America or the EU.
- Experience leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs) for senior leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of retention and growth.
- Technical aptitude to understand product capabilities and integrations.
- Highly proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute success plans aligned to customer business objectives.
- Drive product adoption and demonstrate measurable value realization.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to align business and technical teams.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs) and present strategic recommendations.
- Monitor customer health to proactively identify risks and execute mitigation plans.
- Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to Product and Sales teams.
