Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS/tech company.
- Experience in Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management.
- Proven track record of managing an enterprise book of business and sustaining relationships.
- Proven proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting and translating results.
- Experience using a CRM tool (Salesforce and/or Gainsight).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to various client locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver joint customer success plans to build, grow, and expand client relationships.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor and Business Partner providing strategic guidance to Executive Leadership.
- Leverage company success methodology for prescriptive relationship management.
- Provide early warning and turnaround strategies to manage customer health and mitigate churn.
- Serve as a point of escalation to manage customer expectations and develop save plans for at-risk accounts.
