Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS/tech company.
  • Experience in Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management.
  • Proven track record of managing an enterprise book of business and sustaining relationships.
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting and translating results.
  • Experience using a CRM tool (Salesforce and/or Gainsight).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various client locations as required.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver joint customer success plans to build, grow, and expand client relationships.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor and Business Partner providing strategic guidance to Executive Leadership.
  • Leverage company success methodology for prescriptive relationship management.
  • Provide early warning and turnaround strategies to manage customer health and mitigate churn.
  • Serve as a point of escalation to manage customer expectations and develop save plans for at-risk accounts.
