Requirements
- Native level French speaker with strong written and spoken English.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role.
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including paid search.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging up to C-level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value.
- SaaS background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary partner for a portfolio of French and UK clients to drive platform adoption.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure clients achieve their goals.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for renewals and expansion.
- Feed client feedback back into internal product and leadership teams.
