Requirements

  • Native level French speaker with strong written and spoken English.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role.
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including paid search.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging up to C-level.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value.
  • SaaS background is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary partner for a portfolio of French and UK clients to drive platform adoption.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure clients achieve their goals.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for renewals and expansion.
  • Feed client feedback back into internal product and leadership teams.
