Requirements
- Strong experience in outbound sales and business development
- Proficiency using Zoho CRM
- Comfortable working in Slack
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and capable of working independently
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to work East Coast (EST) business hours
- Experience engaging with executives, investors, or high-net-worth individuals (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows (preferred)
- Experience with GoHighLevel (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain prospect lists of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, fund of funds, and institutional investors
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, WhatsApp, and referrals
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the founder
- Monitor inbound interest, including email opens, website visits, and other buying signals, and follow up promptly
- Manage and update CRM records throughout the sales process
- Research prospective investors and personalize outreach strategies
- Support ongoing capital raise initiatives and maintain a healthy outreach pipeline
- Assist with business development activities for managed IT services
- Help execute marketing initiatives such as webinars, white papers, social media campaigns, and advertising
- Continuously improve outreach workflows and recommend process improvements
