Requirements

  • Strong experience in outbound sales and business development
  • Proficiency using Zoho CRM
  • Comfortable working in Slack
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and capable of working independently
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Able to work East Coast (EST) business hours
  • Experience engaging with executives, investors, or high-net-worth individuals (preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows (preferred)
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain prospect lists of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, fund of funds, and institutional investors
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, WhatsApp, and referrals
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the founder
  • Monitor inbound interest, including email opens, website visits, and other buying signals, and follow up promptly
  • Manage and update CRM records throughout the sales process
  • Research prospective investors and personalize outreach strategies
  • Support ongoing capital raise initiatives and maintain a healthy outreach pipeline
  • Assist with business development activities for managed IT services
  • Help execute marketing initiatives such as webinars, white papers, social media campaigns, and advertising
  • Continuously improve outreach workflows and recommend process improvements
