Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative or business development role.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple client projects on budget and time.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of computer literacy with fast and accurate typing speed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and productively while knowing when to seek support.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in organisational development, culture change, or behavioural safety is highly desirable.
- Understanding of RTO compliance requirements is ideal but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Create draft information documents and marketing materials for business development.
- Manage client records, update sales information, and maintain proposal templates within Axcelerate.
- Draft proposals and contracts, assist with follow-ups, and perform initial checks on competency completion reports.
- Manage end-to-end tender preparation, including scheduling, documentation, and submission before deadlines.
- Produce and update sales forecasting reports and provide trend analysis to the Business Development Manager.
- Support the CEO with LinkedIn outreach activities and ad-hoc research projects.
- Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings as required.
