Requirements

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close new business.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and competitive opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM software.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
