Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close new business.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and competitive opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, and digital channels.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
