- Expertise in solution-based selling, aligning prospect goals with product solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- 2–3 years of direct people management experience leading a team of sales closers.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence a team in a positive, collaborative environment.
- Expertise in creating scalable processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior B2B, marketing, or advertising sales experience.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a high-morale, high-performance sales culture by setting and achieving ambitious team goals.
- Train and mentor all team members on sales strategies, scripting, and processes in a remote environment.
- Manage dynamic sales campaigns, optimize team productivity, and streamline workflow and operations.
- Provide direct feedback to Sales Leadership, Operations, and Enablement to improve efficiency.
- Become an expert in the product and articulate its value to professionals.
- Consistently monitor and document team performance.
