  • Proven ability to motivate and influence a team in a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Expertise in creating scalable processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior B2B, marketing, or advertising sales experience.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a high-morale, high-performance sales culture by setting and achieving ambitious team goals.
  • Train and mentor all team members on sales strategies, scripting, and processes in a remote environment.
  • Manage dynamic sales campaigns, optimize team productivity, and streamline workflow and operations.
  • Provide direct feedback to Sales Leadership, Operations, and Enablement to improve efficiency.
  • Become an expert in the product and articulate its value to professionals.
  • Consistently monitor and document team performance.
