Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or offshoring in a client-facing role
  • Hands-on experience running discovery calls and managing client accounts
  • Proven success managing the full client lifecycle from lead to long-term relationship
  • Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive ongoing client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with remote hiring models and roles such as EAs, developers, marketers, analysts, and accountants
  • Fluent English with exceptional speaking and writing skills
  • Strong, structured, confident, and personable communication
  • Professional presence and ability to remain calm and articulate
  • University degree (business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented mindset
  • Empathetic sales approach

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand hiring needs
  • Confidently present our services and tailor solutions to client requirements
  • Guide clients through each recruitment stage including calibration, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain consistent communication during the sourcing process and follow up after candidate presentations
  • Act as the primary account manager once roles are closed to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through high-quality outreach and follow-up
