Requirements

  • C1 or C2 English proficiency
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in any industry
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Available Monday–Friday during US Eastern or Central hours
  • Stable home internet (min. 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
  • Reliable, distraction-free environment for video calls
  • Professional headset for clear communication
  • Backup power and internet solution
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2C closing, or BPO sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery call through close and onboarding handoff
  • Uncover pain, establish urgency, and match the Magic product to prospect needs
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline
  • Collaborate with Support and Ops to ensure client success
  • Apply coaching and feedback fast to improve performance
