Requirements
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- English fluency at C1 or C2 level
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Consistent availability during US Eastern or Central business hours
- Ability to conduct 2–8 inbound discovery calls daily
- High-speed internet (min 50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
- Professional, quiet, distraction-free work environment
- Reliable computer and headset for video calls
- Commitment to 5 weeks of mandatory training (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET)
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery call through close and onboarding handoff
- Uncover pain, establish urgency, and match products to prospect needs
- Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline
- Collaborate with Support and Ops to ensure client success
- Apply coaching feedback quickly to improve performance
