Requirements

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • English fluency at C1 or C2 level
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or equivalent)
  • Consistent availability during US Eastern or Central business hours
  • Ability to conduct 2–8 inbound discovery calls daily
  • High-speed internet (min 50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
  • Professional, quiet, distraction-free work environment
  • Reliable computer and headset for video calls
  • Commitment to 5 weeks of mandatory training (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery call through close and onboarding handoff
  • Uncover pain, establish urgency, and match products to prospect needs
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline
  • Collaborate with Support and Ops to ensure client success
  • Apply coaching feedback quickly to improve performance
