Requirements
- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
- 1–3 years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling (B2B preferred).
- Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dedicated quiet workspace with internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
- Must meet Windows OS/hardware requirements (Intel Core i5 6th gen+ or AMD equivalent, 8 GB RAM).
- Mobile device (Android 7.0+ or iOS 13.0+) with required security protections.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and key decision-makers.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp.
- Build, manage, and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified leads.
- Present and position Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and execute consistent follow-up to close new business.
- Accurately track outreach, pipeline activity, and sales performance in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets.
