Requirements
- Proven success selling enterprise B2B SaaS solutions with a track record of achieving or exceeding quota.
- Full-cycle sales experience, from pipeline building to closing complex enterprise opportunities.
- Ability to independently own the full sales cycle and act as the sole commercial representative in the region.
- Logistics and supply chain industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating executive conversations.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in an evolving startup environment.
- Expertise in CRM management, opportunity forecasting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to position solutions around business outcomes and customer challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline generation across the Americas by identifying and engaging enterprise Freight Forwarders, LSPs, and BCOs.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and procurement teams.
- Build and execute territory plans, prioritize target accounts, and establish a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine go-to-market strategies and sales collateral.
- Maintain disciplined sales processes, CRM hygiene, and accurate forecasting.
