Requirements

  • Proven success selling enterprise B2B SaaS solutions with a track record of achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Full-cycle sales experience, from pipeline building to closing complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Ability to independently own the full sales cycle and act as the sole commercial representative in the region.
  • Logistics and supply chain industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating executive conversations.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in an evolving startup environment.
  • Expertise in CRM management, opportunity forecasting, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to position solutions around business outcomes and customer challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline generation across the Americas by identifying and engaging enterprise Freight Forwarders, LSPs, and BCOs.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and procurement teams.
  • Build and execute territory plans, prioritize target accounts, and establish a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine go-to-market strategies and sales collateral.
  • Maintain disciplined sales processes, CRM hygiene, and accurate forecasting.
