Requirements
- Expertise in GoHighLevel (snapshots, automations, workflows, backend management).
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (campaign creation, settings, and optimization).
- Excellent spoken English for professional communication with clients.
- Radical accountability: willingness to own mistakes and learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical and integration challenges.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks with minimal hand-holding.
- Familiarity with Google Ads (nice-to-have).
- Experience with healthcare EMR systems like ChiroTouch (nice-to-have).
- Comfortable using AI tools for workflow and SOP optimization.
- Available for full-time work during 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the GoHighLevel technical backend, including automations, workflows, and landing pages.
- Duplicate and customize templates for new chiropractic and physical therapy clients.
- Build and launch Meta ad campaigns from scratch and perform ongoing optimizations based on KPIs.
- Integrate and troubleshoot software connections like Google Calendar and client EMR systems.
- Manage client onboarding calls and obtain necessary account access.
- Create and maintain an internal library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using AI tools.
- Generate monthly performance reports and dashboards for clients.
