Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and other lead sources.
- Carefully review client requirements and craft tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with their needs.
- Write, refine, and optimize proposal content to ensure clarity, strong positioning, and consistency with our brand voice.
- Manage outreach and maintain timely, professional communication with potential clients.
- Track proposal performance, including timing and response rates, and ensure consistent daily output.
- Analyze data from proposal activity to identify patterns and improve conversion strategies.
- Collaborate closely with developers to accurately represent technical capabilities in proposals.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on pipeline activity and outcomes.
