Requirements
- High proficiency in English (B2, C1, or C2 level), both written and spoken.
- Ability to work full-time during US business hours (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST).
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track tasks accurately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership of tasks.
- Must submit application and resume in English.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for all inquiries from facilities and vendors via email and phone.
- Track all requests, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure task completion and update facility leadership.
- Assist with onboarding new vendors, monitor invoice approval status, and address payment-related concerns.
- Execute end-to-end invoice processing cycles and weekly high-volume payment processing.
- Compile and deliver weekly cash reports to leadership.
- Maintain positive working relationships with facility staff and vendor contacts.
