Requirements

  • High proficiency in English (B2, C1, or C2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work full-time during US business hours (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST).
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to track tasks accurately.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership of tasks.
  • Must submit application and resume in English.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for all inquiries from facilities and vendors via email and phone.
  • Track all requests, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Follow up with internal departments to ensure task completion and update facility leadership.
  • Assist with onboarding new vendors, monitor invoice approval status, and address payment-related concerns.
  • Execute end-to-end invoice processing cycles and weekly high-volume payment processing.
  • Compile and deliver weekly cash reports to leadership.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with facility staff and vendor contacts.
