Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in patient coordination, intake, client services, or a similar consultative role
  • Excellent written communication skills for SMS-based outreach
  • Strong verbal communication for phone consultations
  • Proven ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and guide conversations with confidence
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and managing multiple systems simultaneously
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, formatting, simple formulas)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work environment
  • Prior remote work experience
  • Fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
  • Ideally worked with US or UK-based companies

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond promptly to inbound SMS inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand patient goals, treatment history, and concerns
  • Schedule consultations using Calendly or similar scheduling tools
  • Accurately document patient information and interactions within CRM and EHR systems
  • Execute timely, personalized follow-ups to support appointment conversion
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth patient onboarding
