Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data validation.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com or Jira.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to perform thorough quality assurance.
- Prior experience organizing and managing digital assets.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital campaign execution or eCommerce is a plus.
- Creative trafficking or production experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup of campaigns across all paid media channels, including programmatic, search and social.
- Help gather data to support campaign targeting and optimization efforts.
- Support the setup and maintenance of digital advertising accounts and campaigns, including ad creation, keyword research, and audience targeting.
- Assist with pixel placement, creative trafficking, and monitoring campaign implementation.
- Support QA and auditing of campaigns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance, compile data for analysis, and provide insights for optimization.
- Conduct competitive research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with Media Managers to develop and implement digital media campaigns.
