Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years’ experience in Project Management
- Proven working experience in project management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project, Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Experience developing and tracking project financials
- Demonstrated use of AI technology to provide efficiency in project management
- Experience with process improvement and performance management
- Experience managing projects via Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly recommended
- Up to 10% travel required
Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for customer/external and internal resources
- Hold stakeholders accountable to project commitments and escalate when necessary
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track financial and schedule progress
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Provide executive and project team level status reporting
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
