Provide technical support for Microsoft products including Microsoft Azure, Windows, Microsoft 365, and Power BI
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses and groups
Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Online, including email flow and mailboxes
Perform Active Directory administration and troubleshooting such as group policy management
Respond to support tickets and resolve issues related to Microsoft and Azure environments
Assist in backup, recovery, and security best practices
Escalate and collaborate with Coretek engineers and Microsoft to resolve complex technical issues
Track the progress of client incidents and requests
Communicate status of tickets directly with clients
Create and maintain IT knowledgebase articles
