Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or structural), construction management, or project management preferred.
- 3 years of Doka and/or project management experience preferred.
- Excellent technical knowledge of project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of U.S. regulations, national codes, and construction industry trends.
- Willingness to learn new products, concepts, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement project objectives and deliver results within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Apply Doka project management methods and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and sustain effective relationships with customers, jobsite personnel, and internal teams.
- Prepare project calculations using DokaCalc and select project team members in consultation with management.
- Execute project planning, controlling, and close-out tasks, including resource and risk management.
- Maintain interfaces between projects, customers, and organizational departments.
- Lead status reporting, controlling meetings, and moderate project team meetings.
- Communicate relevant project data to the Head of Project Management to support multi-project oversight.
- Manage contracts, risks, and claims while motivating the team to meet objectives.
