Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in a professional services environment.
- Proven track record of driving successful implementations and managing client projects.
- Strong ability to plan, communicate, and manage multiple concurrent complex projects.
- Experience managing expectations with senior-level stakeholders, IT integrators, and partners.
- Proficiency in professional problem-solving and handling escalations or exceptions.
- Experience in a dynamic, autonomous start-up environment.
- Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystem concepts such as RESTful APIs, JavaScript tags, and dynamic scripting.
- Passion for AI tools and interest in applying them to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Project manage a portfolio of varied customer on-boardings to drive successful outcomes.
- Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines.
- Maintain and track all projects and documentation while ensuring consistent status communication.
- Develop and share best practices with clients to ensure successful platform rollout.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams.
- Champion AI adoption by helping clients activate AI-powered platform capabilities.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline documentation, reporting, and implementation practices.
