Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-state healthcare implementation, enterprise account management, or healthcare operations.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a healthcare environment.
- Successful history of owning large, long-term client or partner relationships with measurable growth.
- Exceptional cross-functional project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience with OB/GYN practices, women's health, or behavioral health preferred.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, provider credentialing, or Collaborative Care (CoCM) billing models preferred.
- Experience in a partner success role at a health services company preferred.
- Exposure to health system or MSO partnership management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a master multi-state, enterprise project plan with milestones and critical path tracking across 10 launch workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks across Partner Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and external teams including provider credentialing, EHR integration, and training.
- Manage status updates, escalations, and milestone reporting for internal leadership and external partners.
- Drive internal accountability for workstream owners and flag potential issues early with proposed mitigations.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner post-launch, leading quarterly business reviews and monitoring referral and enrollment performance.
- Identify expansion opportunities and serve as the voice of the partner internally to drive long-term account health.
