Requirements

  • 6+ years of creative project management experience within a creative agency.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts, including enterprise and Fortune 100 clients, and $1M+ in annual project volume.
  • Ability to accurately estimate, scope, and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Expertise in brand systems, multi-channel campaigns, and complex creative workflows.
  • Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while leading cross-functional creative teams.
  • Experience mentoring Project Coordinators or junior Project Managers (preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative projects across multiple client accounts, balancing priorities, timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Scope and estimate new work, developing timelines, budgets, resource plans, and creative briefs.
  • Partner with Design Leads and Operations to staff projects with the right team based on skills, capacity, and client needs.
  • Monitor project profitability, resource utilization, and delivery performance.
  • Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, planning sessions, and day-to-day client communication.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business to identify opportunities to expand existing work.
  • Manage and mentor junior Project Managers, providing coaching and support as needed.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to the ongoing development of the PMO.
