- Partner with Project Managers on project scoping, estimates, workflows, and team needs.
- Lead client kick-off calls, creative presentations, and problem-solving meetings.
- Set briefs and provide creative direction, inspiration, reviews, and feedback to designers.
- Build collaborative, strategy-led teams and assign designers to projects.
- Lead onboarding for new client accounts and establish brand materials and workflows.
- Build client relationships, understand client goals, and identify opportunities to expand account services.
- Develop and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients, supporting Business Development with creative concepts.
- Train and mentor Designers and Brand Managers on brands, tools, and design standards.
- Support recruiting and lead internal projects, training, and improvements to team processes.
