Experience: 7+ years of creative and art direction experience, including at least 4 in a fast-paced agency environment

Have 7+ years of creative and art direction experience, including at least 4 years in a fast-paced agency environment.
Demonstrate the ability to lead strategic, cross-channel creative work from concept through execution across marketing, branding, and communications.
Have experience leading creative teams and mentoring team members.
Bring experience working with large, enterprise-level clients and understanding complex client needs.
Have expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Have expert-level skills in Figma.
Be able to collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA.
Google Slides and PowerPoint familiarity are a plus.

Partner with Project Managers on project scoping, estimates, workflows, and team needs.
Lead client kick-off calls, creative presentations, and problem-solving meetings.
Set briefs and provide creative direction, inspiration, reviews, and feedback to designers.
Build collaborative, strategy-led teams and assign designers to projects.
Lead onboarding for new client accounts and establish brand materials and workflows.
Build client relationships, understand client goals, and identify opportunities to expand account services.
Develop and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients, supporting Business Development with creative concepts.
Train and mentor Designers and Brand Managers on brands, tools, and design standards.
Support recruiting and lead internal projects, training, and improvements to team processes.
