Requirements
- 7+ years of account management or client services experience within a creative, design, or marketing agency.
- Proven experience owning and growing accounts with direct responsibility for retention, renewals, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of creative and digital delivery processes.
- Experience partnering closely with project, creative, or production teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to lead high-level business conversations.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to share context and flag issues early.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or Workfront (preferred).
- Confidence and credibility when working with senior executives and CMO-level stakeholders (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts worth approximately $4M in annual revenue.
- Lead new account onboarding and transition project-based clients into long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building relationships and deep understanding of their business goals.
- Conduct monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with senior stakeholders.
- Own revenue forecasting and identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
- Partner with project managers and creative leads to ensure projects align with client business impacts.
- Proactively mitigate risks and address client needs to ensure account health.
