Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or IT/service delivery roles, preferably within a managed services or consultancy environment.
- Mandatory experience working within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sector.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and general IT infrastructure or SaaS tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy and evolving priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working alongside AI or data-driven technology teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managed services accounts, owning client relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client initiatives and campaigns.
- Guide clients in aligning their business objectives with technology solutions, including CRM systems and AI-driven tools.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, supporting proposal development and presenting additional service offerings.
- Deliver regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations that demonstrate value and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on onboarding processes, workflow improvements, and operational enhancements.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including case studies, customer success stories, and sales enablement materials.
