Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of dedicated IT Project Management experience.
3–5 years of direct experience managing technical delivery within U.S. Federal, DoD, or FSI ecosystems.
Experience managing projects within IAM, IGA, or Zero Trust domains.
7-10 years of progressive experience in professional services, technical consulting, or technology team leadership.
5+ years managing and delivering complex technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or SmartSheet.
Deep familiarity with federal procurement processes and contract types (e.g., Firm-Fixed-Price, T&M).
PMP or PMI-ACP certification (strongly preferred).
Active Federal Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret clearance (or ability to immediately clear a background investigation).

Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for Saviynt platform implementations using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Manage Statement of Work (SOW) scope, construct Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and execute formal change control processes.
Monitor project risks related to federal regulations including NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
Collaborate with agency stakeholders and architects to provide artifacts supporting the Authority to Operate (ATO) process.
Serve as primary operational point of contact for federal C-suite executives, IAM Program Directors, and Contracting Officers.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Deployment Engineers, Architects, and client personnel.
Develop and deliver status reports and steering committee presentations for government oversight.
