Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data disclosure management and litigation project management in a corporate, law firm, or government setting.
- Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Operational experience with the Stored Communications Act, Electronic Communication Privacy Act, Wiretap Act, and Pen Register/Trap and Trace Statute.
- Familiarity with MLAT (Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties) and other data privacy frameworks.
- Direct operational experience fulfilling evidence requests from law enforcement, regulators, and civil litigants.
- Hands-on experience managing the e-discovery lifecycle and review platforms.
- Demonstrated business judgment and consultative skills to interface with internal and external counsel.
Responsibilities
- Champion Customer Data Privacy & Protection by leading technical scoping and execution of initial responses to subpoenas and legal requests.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, internal stakeholders across Customer Support, Sales, and Engineering to resolve customer data requests.
- Uplevel strategies and processes for responding to data requests and protecting customer data.
- Monitor federal and state case law and regulations to devise responsive legal strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, including issuing legal holds, data collection, and quality control for productions.
- Act as a central project manager for active litigation portfolios using data-driven insights to optimize workflows.
