Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role at a healthcare SaaS company, in healthcare consulting, or a complex healthcare provider organization.
- Polished executive presence and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High comfort with ambiguity and ability to help define new product roles and processes.
- Strong project leadership instincts with experience leading matrixed teams.
- Ability to translate AI-driven product capabilities into clinical and operational impact.
- Familiarity with EHR systems.
- Ability to travel 40–60% nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Own the implementation end-to-end for CGCA pilots and early production deployments.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with client executives and frontline clinical teams.
- Facilitate weekly client meetings, ensuring alignment on project goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Monitor engagement and outcome data to manage pilot-to-paid contract conversions.
- Channel client feedback into product roadmap and strategy conversations.
- Document implementation playbooks and mentor team members during product transition to general availability.
