Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or process improvement roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and proactively drive projects to completion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Preference for experience working in the field of healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Translate organizational goals into actionable operational strategies and lead high-impact projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, milestones, and timelines.
- Partner with clinical leadership to design and operationalize clinical programs and models of care.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to deliver insights to senior leadership.
- Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools to support operational objectives.
- Guide teams through operational change initiatives to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and proactively address operational risks.
