Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm or in a professional services role at a workflow-oriented SaaS company.
  • Proven experience in project management for complex implementations in the provider-side healthcare setting.
  • Deep knowledge of provider-side hospital operations.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-35% nationwide.
  • Bonus: Experience in business development, sales, or account management/growth.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of acute care patient flow processes, challenges, and solutions.
  • Bonus: Change management experience.
  • Bonus: Experience working with product managers, engineers, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the owner and accountable team member for assigned accounts with limited oversight.
  • Lead complex engagements with matrixed technical and operational teams.
  • Articulate value proposition and establish clearly defined business outcomes for customers.
  • Build quarterly success plans with identified cross-functional objectives, timelines, risks, and metrics.
  • Drive engagement with the platform across customers by executing action-oriented plans.
  • Leverage functional expertise to sustain buy-in from users and executives regarding workflows and adoption.
  • Identify new workflows and expansion opportunities to drive value for the customer and Qventus.
  • Manage customer relationships from executive teams to front-line leadership.
