Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of BD experience at a centralised exchange (CEX)
- Demonstrated track record in driving trading volume growth or partnership outcomes
- Proven specialisation in KOL acquisition and affiliate programme management
- Existing professional network in the CIS region including KOLs, BD counterparts, and trading groups
- Must be based in the target market
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
- Experience in deal origination and closing
Responsibilities
- Own and grow trading volume in your assigned region through KOL partnerships, affiliate programmes, and BD-led community initiatives
- Identify, approach, and close relationships with high-impact KOLs, including crypto influencers, trading communities, and content creators
- Leverage existing network to accelerate onboarding of partners and fellow industry talent
- Develop and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies adapted to local market dynamics
- Represent the exchange at regional events, meetups, and in key community channels
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to structure competitive partnership terms
