- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to scale.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management.
- Expertise in customer journey mapping.
- Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product requirements.
- Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.
- Experience using data to inform decision-making and prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap across marketplace and financial services platform.
- Lead product discovery to validate customer problems and solutions.
- Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to bring products to market.
- Communicate roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze product usage and performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Conduct customer interviews and usability sessions to inform product direction.
