  • Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and phone access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency with email, CRM systems, ticketing tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive conversations and payment negotiations.
  • Post-secondary education in business, communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in customer support, fleet operations, logistics, or automotive services (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with remote vehicle pickup via phone, SMS, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Manage customer-reported issues including mechanical concerns, towing needs, and service requests.
  • Schedule and follow up on service appointments with vendors until completion.
  • Conduct bi-monthly maintenance follow-ups for assigned vehicles.
  • Manage accident and claims processes and collect vehicle condition reports.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and perform collections follow-ups.
  • Coordinate vehicle retrieval from impound lots and manage vehicle returns.
  • Communicate daily with customers, Tesla Service Centers, towing companies, and repair shops.
