Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and phone access.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with email, CRM systems, ticketing tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive conversations and payment negotiations.
- Post-secondary education in business, communications, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in customer support, fleet operations, logistics, or automotive services (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with remote vehicle pickup via phone, SMS, email, and messaging platforms.
- Manage customer-reported issues including mechanical concerns, towing needs, and service requests.
- Schedule and follow up on service appointments with vendors until completion.
- Conduct bi-monthly maintenance follow-ups for assigned vehicles.
- Manage accident and claims processes and collect vehicle condition reports.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and perform collections follow-ups.
- Coordinate vehicle retrieval from impound lots and manage vehicle returns.
- Communicate daily with customers, Tesla Service Centers, towing companies, and repair shops.
