- Assist customers with remote vehicle pickup via phone, SMS, email, and messaging platforms.
- Manage customer-reported issues including mechanical concerns, towing needs, and service requests.
- Schedule and follow up on service appointments with vendors until completion.
- Conduct bi-monthly maintenance follow-ups for assigned vehicles.
- Manage accident and claims processes and collect vehicle condition reports.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and perform collections follow-ups.
- Coordinate vehicle retrieval from impound lots and manage vehicle returns.
- Communicate daily with customers, Tesla Service Centers, towing companies, and repair shops.
