Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
- Previous experience within iGaming, esports, gaming, or another fast-paced digital industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Experience facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and driving project accountability from initiation to completion.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, partnerships, paid media, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or equivalent collaboration platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage reporting and performance insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in rapidly changing business environments.
- Collaborative attitude, strong ownership mentality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and brand initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task tracking across multiple concurrent marketing workstreams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition, and Retention to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate marketing standups, project meetings, and status updates to maintain alignment, accountability, and clear communication across stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and proactively implement solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Support marketing leadership by managing priorities, coordinating workflows, and translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans.
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones, team capacity, and project management systems using tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by optimizing workflows, enhancing documentation, and supporting post-project reviews to improve future execution.
