Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing traffic, project coordination, or QA/compliance operations.
- Proven track record of working in a regulated category (e.g., finance, legal, pharma) with strict adherence to approval chains.
- Near-native written English proficiency with obsessive proofreading and testing skills.
- Hands-on experience with marketing stacks such as HubSpot, Planable, Notable, or Asana.
- Demonstrated ability to build QA, compliance, and version-control systems, including AI integration.
- Strong organizational skills with an owner's mindset and ability to hold teams accountable.
- Proactive communication style suitable for managing distributed remote teams.
- Valid passport and ability to travel to the US up to 4 times per year for approximately one week per trip.
- Reliable remote work setup.
Responsibilities
- Own the status system, route briefs and approvals between stakeholders, and protect deadlines.
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance on emails, SMS, forms, and staging builds to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Steward the regulatory approval chain for fund communication artifacts and maintain version-proofed compliance records.
- Push approved assets live in the publishing stack and enforce strict version control.
- Manage the distributed marketing team, tracking timesheets, reconciling calendars, and identifying blockers.
- Maintain the creation, tracking, and auditing of UTM parameters across all paid channels.
- Document and refine QA and compliance standards to ensure operational consistency.
