Requirements
- University degree in Systems, Electrical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing medium to high complexity technology projects.
- Technical knowledge and experience with SCADA, GIS, and ADMS systems.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external vendors.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches.
- Experience with system integration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of IT/OT environments, solution architecture, and cybersecurity for critical infrastructure.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize activities, and work with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from definition of scope and budget to final implementation and closure.
- Manage implementation, evolution, integration, and migration of SCADA, GIS, and ADMS platforms.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including operations, engineering, IT/OT, and external vendors.
- Translate operational and regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure integration between grid operation systems and corporate platforms like ERP, GIS, EAM, and CRM.
- Manage project governance through steering committees, status reports, and risk assessment.
- Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and cybersecurity risks.
- Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Lead change management, user training, and post-implementation stabilization.
