Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle selling experience with medium-sized to large corporations.
  • Experience with large named accounts, ideally on a global scale, within a technology company.
  • Demonstrated history of top performance and new logo attainment.
  • Expertise in navigating and understanding complex business challenges.
  • Skilled at creating detailed plans for intricate organizations.
  • Ability to captivate audiences, particularly during face-to-face meetings with multiple key players.
  • Proven track record of leading successful and complex negotiations.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in storytelling and vision transfer through creative lenses.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers.
  • Analyze market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities.
  • Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce.
  • Leverage compelling storytelling and vision transfer to guide customers through a personalized journey.
  • Act as a product expert, selling creative solutions that address customer needs.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform the product roadmap and strengthen the value proposition.
  • Build and foster long-term partnerships with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Simplify complex business situations into digestible stories and materials using Canva's worksuite.
