Requirements

  • 10 years of full cycle sales experience.
  • 3 years of experience managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions.
  • Direct selling experience in technical SaaS or CPaaS.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting, greenfield prospecting, and territory penetration strategies.
  • Technical solutions selling experience solving customer problems.
  • Strong ability to influence business and technical leaders.
  • Analytical strategy development using data to prove value.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition while meeting iACV quotas.
  • Manage consultative sales cycles for messaging, voice, and email solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to design customer contracts.
  • Partner with sales, services, and product teams to develop long-range territory strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to internal product and carrier relations teams.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce.
