Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience in a closing role.
- Demonstrated success selling to key accounts ($50M–$1B+ in revenue).
- Proven experience managing 3+ to 6+ month sales cycles, including procurement, legal, and compliance processes.
- Documented history of closing $50K–$100K+ ACV deals, including multi-year contracts.
- Consistent recent quota attainment (100%+ for 4+ consecutive quarters).
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through self-generated outbound prospecting with measurable activity standards.
- Mastery of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Miller Heiman, or Solution Selling.
- Experience engaging C-suite and senior executive stakeholders to build consensus.
- Strong deal strategy and negotiation skills including pricing and ROI justification.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire net-new key clients across priority verticals and strategic accounts.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through disciplined outbound activity and self-generated opportunities.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close in complex mid-market and enterprise environments.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of outbound prospecting including calls, emails, and targeted account engagement.
- Engage executive stakeholders and decision-makers to articulate clear business value.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales engineering, product, and services to advance opportunities.
- Leverage Salesforce data to forecast and manage sales activity.
