Requirements
- Minimum internet speed of 30mbps (Wired connection required).
- Computer with i5 11th Gen processor or higher.
- Operating system: Windows 11 or MacOS Catalina or higher.
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area.
- Reliable back-up solutions for power and internet interruptions.
- Quality headset (noise-canceling preferred) and webcam.
- Ability to remain flexible and available outside of normal business hours.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the compliance team to draft closure documents.
- Develop 'how to' modules for resolving recurring compliance or litigation issues.
- Track and resolve assigned CLI cases using established procedures.
- Respond to incident reports within 1 hour and drive resolution within 24 hours.
- Collect and revise incident reports from onsite teams and communicate updates to property owners.
- Store incident reports in SharePoint for active properties.
- Participate in weekly CLI work sessions to provide status updates.
