- 2+ years of experience in New Jersey title insurance or real estate closings
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and title/closing software
- Solid knowledge of New Jersey title insurance laws and real estate closing processes
- Experience communicating directly with US clients, attorneys, lenders, or underwriters
- English proficiency at C1 Advanced level or higher
- Available to work 9:00am–5:00pm US Eastern Time (EST)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review title insurance policies and related documents
- Conduct title searches and prepare title abstracts
- Prepare and review closing packages
- Ensure compliance with state title insurance regulations
- Maintain accurate records and resolve title-related issues
